Ms. Appolon serves as the General Manager, overseeing operations of the 24MW power plant, 360m2 free zone & data center, as well as the development of a desalination plant. She monitors profit & loss to ensure efficient delivery of service to tenants.
In 2017, Ms. Appolon served as the Senior Advisor for The World Bank's $23 million USD Scaling Renewable Energy Project in Haiti, supporting the Bank's efforts to guide renewable energy policy.
In 2015, Appolon Strategies provided key market entry advising to NRG and their local partners as they sought to develop new market opportunities in the Haitian energy sector.
In 2013, Ms. Appolon was tapped to review the Haiti's Energy White Paper, the guiding document between the Government of Haiti and all multinational development for financing energy sector investments.
From 2011 to 2016, Appolon Strategies served as Senior Advisor to President Martelly's administration on all energy matters.
